I am the Business Owner of Banker Design Wear which is a branded apparel company offering embroidery and screen-print options. I have been an auctioneer for 30 years. I am the father of 5 kids and 4 grandchildren. I attended Greensburg Community High School and I married my best friend, Christie.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I love the sales aspect of what I do. I enjoy meeting people and learning about them.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I was born and raised in Decatur County. I did move away for a period of time, but I have been back here for 10 years.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Europe so I could trace where my grandfather was during World War II
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
My favorite move is The Godfather / favorite TV show is NCIS
Q: What advice would you give to people?
You never know what life is going to give to you.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
I want to travel to McLaughlin, South Dakota

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Larry Bird and I would take to eat at Stories Restaurant
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I like that we centrally located betwteen 2 major cities, but we have a small-town feel. I like are rural community where everyone knows each other.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
In 10 years I hope to still have a successful business and to be planning my retirement with my wife

Locally most people do not know I am an Auctioneer

My Grandfather and all of his words of wisdom – he taught me a lot
