Hello! My name is Courtney Schroeder and I am the Branch Manager at Bailey & Wood Financial who specialize in residential mortgage loans to purchase and refinance homes. We have 2 locations in Greensburg to serve your needs and I enjoy making people’s home dreams a reality and specialize in first time home buyers. I am married to my lovely wife Sarah Schroeder and together we have 2 children Colten & Allie and 2 dogs Skeeter and Bella. We also have about 30 head of Angus cattle.

I have been in the mortgage business for 20+ years and enjoy helping people obtain their homeownership dreams.

I have lived here my whole life and have worked here since 1998

I find everyone interesting and could not single out just one person.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I would like to travel out West near Montana to see the Big Sky and scenery

My advice to people would be just to be kind and help each other. You never know when you will need help.

I am proud of the Tower tree, it may seem silly but is a community trademark

Making loans for people to purchase their dream homes

We raise Angus cattle
